The ongoing activities, aimed at launching and consolidating a smart agency MODEL, are focused on sectors whose profitability is more easily verifiable in nearby and underdeveloped areas. These include sustainable and digital agriculture, the production of novel foods and nutraceutical derivatives, the acquisition and management of prestigious historic properties or high commercial value assets intended for wellness tourism. Additionally, renewable energy serves the sectors mentioned above and represents an opportunity for independent investments in significant digital infrastructure projects.
